Ryan B asked:

My friend is currently writing a story set in the medieval times, and she is stuck on a scene that takes place in a tavern/bar. So, ten points to anyone who would like to describe that setting, with as much detail as possible. I would like to hear what you think it would look like, sound like, etc. And yes, credit will be given even though this a story for her own personal entertainment.

Thanks!

well it would be noisy… the clinks of bar cups being clung together in a way of celebration. the outfits dark and not as luring as the ones wore during the renaissance. Most defenitly people there would be very religious. the people there would be curtious but not yet on an equal balance of man and woman. man being more evalated. the place would be of gothic architecture which was the one taken at the medieval times.

LOL, taverns and inns are only described repeatedly in every single fantasy novel ever; tell her to try reading a book.
